An Automotive Retail Salesperson assists customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial contact to final delivery. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering a transparent, compliant, and high-quality buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist in-person and online - Identify customer needs and recommend vehicles - Conduct product presentations and test drives - Explain features, warranties, and add-ons - Complete sales transactions and documentation - Follow California compliance laws (DMV, TILA, etc.) - Meet sales goals and maintain customer relationships - Collaborate with F&I and dealership staff

Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent - Valid California driver’s license - Ability to obtain CA Vehicle Salesperson License - Sales or customer service experience preferred

Base Pay: $16.90 plus bonuses and commission

Valley Hi Kia is growing, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Service Team! We currently have a Lube Technician position available, offering $17.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do:

• Drain engine oil and refill with the manufacturer-recommended viscosity and quantity
• Replace oil and air filters as required
• Rotate tires and inspect brake pads
• Check and adjust tire air pressure
• Complete multi-point inspections and inspection videos on every vehicle
• Inspect and refill essential fluid levels
• Lubricate moving parts using specified lubricants
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What You’ll Need:

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and technical resources (a plus)
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, patience, and good judgment
• Valid in-state driver’s license with a good driving record, per company standards
• Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds
